We look at the four areas that decide whether AI will work: data, technology, people, and policy and security. We interview leaders and teams, run workshops, review documents and walk through your systems.

Twenty dimensions are scored on a five-point maturity scale, from Initial to Optimised. We add client-specific items where your sector or systems need them.

Report

We turn the scores into plain-language findings and the risks that need attention, rated by likelihood and impact.

Plan

Together we agree a roadmap: close the high-priority gaps first, pilot two high-value use cases, then scale what works.

Value

Every use case is tied to a value measure: time saved, cost reduced, revenue grown or risk reduced. We agree a baseline before the pilot so the return can be proven.

We re-assess at each milestone. Every round is locked as a record, so progress against the baseline is measured, not assumed.
