How DVR (Digital Vision into Reality) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

DVR (Digital Vision into Reality) (“DVR”, “we”, “us”) is an AI transformation advisory based in Singapore. This policy applies to personal data we collect through www.dvradvisory.org, by email, and in the course of our advisory work.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need. This may include:

  • Contact details such as your name, job title, organisation, email address and phone number, when you email us or book an assessment.
  • Engagement information such as interview notes, survey responses and business information shared with us during an assessment or advisory engagement.
  • Website data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected automatically by our website hosting and essential cookies.

3. How we use it

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiries and arrange calls;
  • plan, deliver and report on assessments and advisory engagements;
  • send you information you have asked for;
  • run, secure and improve our website;
  • meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes you have not consented to unless the law allows it.

4. Consent

By contacting us or engaging our services, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@dvradvisory.org. If you do, we may not be able to continue providing some services, and we will tell you what that means before acting on it.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and cloud software providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms;
  • professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers;
  • authorities, where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements, including access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

9. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies needed for it to work and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work as expected.

10. Access and correction

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct it. Email info@dvradvisory.org and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and will tell you the amount first.

11. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
